A communal block cleaning contractor for managing agents, landlords and freeholders, starting from no website and no Google presence. The site now shows the blocks they clean across Epsom, Sutton, Wimbledon and Kingston, what each visit covers, and their accreditations and insurance, so a property manager can check them before calling.
A domestic cleaning business serving Epsom and the surrounding towns. The brief was a site that looked the part against bigger competitors and turned up when someone nearby searched for cleaning.

Every package includes the design and build, the words written for you, mobile-first pages that work on any phone, tablet or desktop, a contact form, your Google Business Profile and the SEO groundwork. Starter is a template styled to your brand, up to 5 pages. Growth is a custom design, up to 10 pages, with location and service pages aimed at real searches. Yes. A redesign is priced on the same three packages as a new site, because the work is the same: new design, new copy and the SEO groundwork. On the first call I look at your current site and tell you what can be kept, such as your domain and any pages that already bring in visits from Google. Tell me about your site.
No writing needed. Copywriting is included in every package: we have one 30-minute call, you talk about the business, and I write the pages. Professional photos are included on Growth and Bookings & Ordering: one session at your business within 15 miles of Epsom, up to 20 edited photos. On Starter, send me your own or I can use quality stock photos at no extra cost. After the content call, send me any photos and logins I need.
Two to three weeks for Starter, three to four for Growth and four to six for Bookings & Ordering. The clock starts once your deposit, content call, photos and logins are in. Reply to each draft within about five working days; the clock pauses while I wait. If the site is not live within 30 days (45 on Bookings & Ordering), you do not pay the balance until it is. It gives you the foundations: page titles, descriptions, schema, a sitemap submitted to Google and your Google Business Profile set up. Growth adds keyword research and location pages. Continued growth comes from the optional SEO Retainer at £199 a month, with a new or improved page and a plain-English report every month. Updates go through me, so you never need to learn any software. Send me what you want changed and I will reply within one working day. The Care Plan covers up to 30 minutes of edits a month, and the optional SEO Retainer adds up to 1 hour more. Anything beyond that is £45 an hour. You also get a walkthrough call at handover. Yes. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and you own the site outright once the balance is paid. Google Search Console is transferred to you at handover, so your search data is yours too. If you ever want to leave, I hand over the site files and help point your domain at your new host, at no charge. Read the terms.
